Fan Mail
I run a one man body shop. I focus on classics, hot rods and , Kustom cars. I get collision repairs on late models as well as classics. I don't believe that any shop "Refuses to hire " millennials. We can't hire them. I have tried getting help, even from my own son. No one wants to put in a full day, or work at all for that matter. They don't want to learn the art of restoration, body work or paint. Everyone today expects to get paid the day they work, like they can at Wendy's. They put in a few hours standing around, grab the money and run. They blow through that cash until it's gone and do it again. It's not just one group or generation, it seems we are out numbered. Push button instant gratification that's what they want.
